Sandeep Shrestha

Sandeep Shrestha is the founder of Sustainability Solutions and brings over a decade of experience working in sustainable business and ESG. He specializes in ESG risk management and capacity building in diverse industries, including impact investing, renewable energy, healthcare, agriculture, technology, education, and manufacturing. Sandeep has served as Judge at the prestigious ESG Investing Awards. He has Internal Assessor certification from Hydropower Sustainability Standards, Social Impact Assessment from the University of Strathclyde, and Social Risk Management from Ergon Associates.

He is engaged as a social sustainability consultant at the World Bank and Business and Human Rights Expert at UNDP. He has established partnerships with leading international ESG consulting firms. Formerly, Sandeep was the Head of ESG at Dolma Impact Fund and Director at Fair Trade Group Nepal. He is an MPhil in Development Studies Scholar at Kathmandu University and has an MBA from Saint Cloud State University. He has extensively taught sustainable business at leading academic institutions in Nepal.
