Sustainability Mentorship

The Sustainability Mentorship Program was launched in 2024 to create a platform for young professionals and college students to build their knowledge and skills on sustainability, provide mentorship to guide them at a personal and professional level, and enable them to build their sustainability pathways through a four-month journey. It is designed to bridge the market gap arising due to limited sustainability topics in college degrees and challenges for corporations in finding sustainability professionals. The four months program includes six workshops to build a foundation in sustainability by combining conceptual knowledge with experiential learning, networking platforms, and guided mentorship. Through these workshops, events, and mentor‑mentee meetups, the Sustainability Mentorship program aims to equip emerging youth leaders with the skills, insights, and confidence to drive meaningful change.
