Bibisha Kharel

Bibisha Kharel is a recent BBA graduate from Ace International Business School with First Class Honours. She is the recipient of the Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) Common Good Award, recognizing her leadership and commitment to positive community impact.

She is a Business Growth Associate at Sustainability Solutions and supports in strategic outreach, builds partnerships, coordinates business development initiatives, and helps implement projects that strengthen sustainability practices. She has experience in business operations, communication, and stakeholder coordination through her role supporting a women-led enterprise at Creative Kritika Hostel. She contributed to youth development and international collaboration as part of AIESEC in Kathmandu. With additional experience in research, digital media, and education across several respected organizations, Bibisha brings strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a purpose-driven mindset. She is passionate about responsible growth and sustainability, dedicated to driving meaningful impact through her work. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on sustainable entrepreneurship from Ace International Business School.
