Biswash Chepang is deeply committed to social and environmental justice. Biswash remains committed to fostering inclusion, equity, and climate resilience among Indigenous Peoples. His work amplifies Indigenous voices, strengthens customary governance systems, and safeguards traditional knowledge and raise voices against exclusionary conservation practices. Biswash possesses technical skills of conducting and documenting Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC), project risk assessment, conducting safeguard’s due diligence, designing Environmental and Social Management Plan, Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework, organizational risk registry documentation, and Grievance Redress Mechanism. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Lincoln (2018) and is currently pursuing an MPhil at Kathmandu University School of Education.
